The Inn is located a few steps away from the fabled Waterlot Inn Restaurant and Dock. Guests also have very easy walking access to The Fairmont Southampton Hotel & Golf Course, The South Shore Beaches, Gibb's Hill Lighthouse, the extensive MarketPlace Grocery store & liquor section, along with a variety of restaurants in the area including Henry VIII, Island Cuisine, Mr. Chicken, The Wok, and Gulfstream. There are also several restaurants within the Fairmont Hotel ( 2021 closed for renovations,  except Boundary Restaurant and the Golf Course) and The Reefs Hotel.

The Gardens surrounding the Inn are lovely to sit and dine in....relax, soak up the sun and read a book...or explore and admire the wide variety of fruit trees ( mangoes, peaches, oranges,  lemons etc.),  flowers ( roses, orchids, bougainvillea, hibiscus etc.), ferns and palms.

Closest Grocery Store: The Heron Bay MarketPlace (approximately 12 minute walk)

The inexpensive, timely and clean public buses run right outside the entrance, with 4 bus stops taking you directly to the western end of the island ( The Royal Naval Dockyard) or to the city of Hamilton. Bus tokens may be purchased on site.

For those who love walking there is also the nearby “railway walking trail”, where you can walk, run or cycle for miles while enjoying the beautiful island scenery without the intrusion of motor vehicles. The view from Gibb's Hill Lighthouse is fantastic...best on the island!

Horseshoe Bay Beach, the 8th most beautiful beach in the world, and the surrounding sand dunes and coves can be accessed by foot (approx 15 mins), Wade's taxi service, a rented scooter, a rented current vehicle (Twizy) or by bus. At Horseshoe Bay Beach there is a restaurant, a bar, the rental of umbrellas and beach chairs, and bathroom facilities.

South Shore Beaches nearby include Horseshoe Bay, Church Bay (snorkeling), and Warwick Long Bay ( very pink sand). The coves are Chaplin Bay, Stonehole Cove and Jobson's Cove.   Also in the area are jet ski and boat rentals at The Waterlot dock.

Other activities include Horseback riding, bowling, several churches, golf courses including Fairmont Southampton , Port Royal, and Belmont Hills.... all within this area.

Private metered taxi service to and from the airport is also available: the driver is available for guided tours as well, at the government taxi rate.
